Just check stuff. Check your wheels for bends, tires for bulges, look at how the wheels are centered in each wheel well for anything that looks off, make sure nothing visually looks wrong. If you want to be really sure, take it for an alignment check.
At least it is driving fine. I hit one in my Trailblazer years ago at 65 mph that blew my alignment way out and broke a trailing arm, nearly throwing me into the semi truck next to me. That was fun.
