Default Replacement rack does not not line up with centered wheel

With the wheel centered and the rack centered, the input shaft that is connected to the new replacement rack is off by about 90 degrees. See picture. Looking at the original rack, the input shaft on the rack is oriented 90 degrees from the new one. I am able to tell due to the orientation of the keyed slot for the bolt.

90* on the shaft is like 1/4 inch or less at the wheels and can be easily adjusted for it. Just line up the key slot with the steering shaft and go from there. You can count the threads on your old tie rods to get a general adjustment. Then you can use a tape measure to get a closer adjustment to get it to the alignment shop.
