Default 4th gen f-body drag race build, spring/shock help, advise, recommendations PLEASE!!!

I have a 2000 camaro that I plan to drag race, specs are below:

6 speed
3.50 gears
Iron block 5.3, turbo cam
s472 bw turbo

I am going to buy some double adj Viking shocks but when it comes to the springs I am a little in the dark. Could someone give me some recommendations, advice or just point me in the right direction. I did some quick searches and found a little but I know there are many more knowledgeable people on here than myself. Any help would be appreciated.

We usually spec springs in the 300 range up front for dedicated drag cars with occasional street. The theory is to compress the spring a lot (like with an iron block car) and then have that potential energy expand upon launch.

Out back we tend to use stock springs or even V6 springs. If you're into the "soft" rear drag spring theory we spec a 110 or 125 rear spring on a coilover.
