Default What are good drag launch springs?

Does anybody know any good drag launch springs that would transfer weight from the front to the back.

i was wondering if the eibach's would be the best choice. i dont know anyone using them though. i was thinking of using a 97 v6 springs in the rear and a bag. but the eibachs come with all 4 springs and a bag right. how well did it help you out of the hole?? and did it lower your car at all?

Well, since I didnt give a crap if my car handled like a boat on the open ocean, (which is how you want it for drag racing) I put V6 springs all around (got them free) drilled 2 holes in the front shocks one, 1/8", 1" from top, 1, 1/8" 1" from bottom (free) and removed the front sway bar.... This Aides GREATLY in weight transfer, (wheelies!) and traction, I bought some used 29.5" x 9" MT ET drags like 2 years ago for $50! I still run them today and cut 1.59 60' with 0 spin....

i can get the eibachs at cost so its not a big deal on price. i'm just wondering if they were worth a crap or not. i cant stand the prokit on the 99. if v6 springs are better then iam going with those, i just want the best. my 1.7 and alot of spin isnt getting me anywhere.

The drag launch from eibach are made for the LT1 cars spring rate, the LS1 is lighter in the front.

If you're looking for drag performance I run a 275 pound spring in the front and a 150 spring in the rear with a drag style anti roll bar.

The eibach kit will make your car ride hight like a 4x4.
