what lowering springs stil give you a good ride?

what lowering springs stil give you a good ride? I want to lower it maybe an inch and hate the harshness of the ride now what spring give it a better ride and lower it ? if their are any

Shocks give you a good ride, not springs. Shocks are spring dampers, so it is important that you buy quality shocks that are capable of handling the spring rates.
