Default Impossible To Find Stock Brake Part???

I am searching for a part that according to the parts stores around here is impossible to get. I am looking for the 2 dust/grease covers that go over the emergency brake engagement levers. These are the 2 rubber boots attached to the backside of the brake backing plates that the actual lever that applies the emergency/parking brake pressure to the brake shoe (the emergency brake cables attach to these levers). I have searched 1/2 dozen parts stores, Brake Check, and the dealer with little luck. The dealer had no trouble locating them, but said they were only available in a complete kit which included the brake backing plate, brake hardware, brake shoe and everything and it was about $190.00 a side. Has anyone ever had to replace this part, or does anyone know where it can be found. Mine are completely detiorated, cracked and split all to hell. I would hate to reuse these, but for $380.00 I will have to if I can not find anywhere else to get them. Any help would be much appreciated.

Salvage yard? Otherwise, it sounds like your stuck. Just my best guess.
