Sell Comp. Eng for QA1 rears? Springs?

Sell Comp. Eng for QA1 rears? Springs? I was just wodnering if i should just sell my competition engineering rears and buy HAL Rears for easier adjustment? Or will the comp. engineerings be good and just set them both at 50/50 for the track and daily driving? How easy are they to adjust compared to Hals?
Also.. i bought the Hals Springs from the front.. and i don't know if i should just sell them and keep stocks or if i should find out what lb. rate they are and if they aren't 300 lb ones.. trade them in? If anybody has this set up or could help me decide.. i'd appreciate it.. I do a lot of driving too!

just finished up the final adjustments tonight, going to take it out for a spin tomorrow. I'm assuming the ride will be smooth as stock. I'll keep you guys posted....
