Which Swaybar? Only front or bouth? Which option is the best?
Hello,
I drive a TRANS AM 1996 with BMR 1" springs, Bilstein shocks, lower control arms, PHR, SFC.
My stock front swaybar is totaly rusty and the endlinks ar damaged. MY front a arms bushings must change too.
Wich would you choose?
- Spohn Sway Bars 32mm/ 22mm Solid 4140 Chrome Moly
- Suspension Techniques Swaybar kit 35mm/25mm 1993-2002
Or do you think that only 32mm or 35 mm in front are the best (and keep the stock rear)?
What do you think?

35mm front definitely. Rear is a bit more subjective. 25mm rear bar will tend to make the car a bit more tail happy (loose, oversteer, whatever you want to call it) 21-22mm rear bar should let you get into the throttle a bit more coming out of the corners, if that's something you like to do.
Of course, if you like kicking the *** out a lot, the 25mm rear bar will suit you just fine. There are a couple 35mm hollow front bars available now as well. The ST bar is a solid bar, and for a swaybar, it's pretty heavy as well. Trust me, I know. Definitely a good swaybar, but not a lightweight.

*I* would run a hollow 35 front and factory rear, but there are a ton of factors that have to be considered.
