I've been looking at roaters latley.
And i'm wondering, should i got with dilled and sloted, just sloted, or neither.
I've read that the drilled can hurt the pads.
any advice? Thanks =)

If it's for the street, then get them for looks. They give a bit of exotic looks.

I broke the bank and got the eradispeeds and i love em for what it's worth. I still look back at my car when walking away just to look at em. It's all whatever you want in a rotor though.

I vote "none" also. "Pretty is, as pretty does" and "Form follows function" are my thoughts.

none if you want brake performance.
if you want bling-bling, do whatever you want.

I have cross drilled rotors, and I have not had a problem at all with them. I hear if you do go with crossdrilled and slotted rotors, that is where you have most of your problems with the brakes.

Go with the drilled/slotted there awesome. Rotors stay cooler and brakes dont wade. I have some on my 3rd gen (putting some on my SS soon) and I cam drive to town and get out the car and touch the rotor with my hand for 2 sec. Try that with stock rotors, U'll burn your fingerprints off!!

There is overwhelming evidence that drilled rotors are not a good thing on F-Bodies. All drilling and slotting does for the rotors is to take metal away from an already marginal heat sink. The drilled holes in the rotor also give more places for cracks to develop.

If you don't beat on your brakes and you like blingy stuff, then get all the drilled and slotted rotors you want. If you do beat on your brakes and you are going to be running stock sized rotors,,, don't get the drilled or slotted rotors.

I fully agree. Brembo blanks are a good choice. Why risk all the problems with cross drilled/slotted?
