Torque arm install, tunnel brace problem.
I'm having a hard time installing my Torque arm, the bolts where the tunnel brace are not linning up. They are off by about 1/4" any suggestion as to what to do? I have also decided it will just be easier to install the torque arm in 3 pieces, am I going to have trouble installing the center piece?

Spohn Torque arm-The suspension is loaded, it's setting on 4 jackstands, 2 under the rear wheels, 2 under the front A-Arms. That not where I'm missing my space, MY 1/4" gap is left to right, not up and down. Sorry I didn't make that very clear.

The washers that came with mine were to big and did not let the bolts line up. I put a flat on the washer and it worked. The washers rubbed on the brace welds. Is that ur problem? If not compare you stock brace with the spohn one. How do they look? U may have to make the slot bigger on the spone one.

My problem is whoever owned the car before me pulled the tunnel brace off and I've been driving without it for ?????? Now I'm wondering if the car is warped enough to push it out 1/4" side to side. I don't have the stocker to compare to.
