LSI suspension noise

LSI suspension noise
My 2002 Camaro w/LS1 suspension seems to me to be very noisy--like rattles at slow speed in a parking lot which I find very annoying. Does anyone else have this problem? Is it normal? The dealer is trying to tell me this is normal with the LS1 suspension. They have had it six times now with no results. It sounds like the tail pipe is hitting the frame (it's not, just sounds that way.
Would appreciate any ideas as warranty is running out fast.
Thanks

I think i have the same thing in my 2001 SS. At lower speeds, and i *think only when out of gear, i hear a rumbling noise from under the car. Its most noticeable when in neutral, rolling to a stop. I read somewhere on here about how this is normal. But i'd also like someone to back that up.

How about over bumps?
My rear suspension rattles noisily over bumps. Something is definately loose and/or out of place, but I havent had time to check it out yet.

If it's not the exhaust, check the usual suspects for stuff that isn't torqued down correctly:
1) Lug nuts - To spec for your wheels
2) Lower control arms - 87 ft-lbs
3) Adjustable panhard rod jam nuts - IF YOU HAVE AN ADJUSTABLE PANHARD ROD
4) Panhard rod bolts - upper and lower - not sure of the torque spec off the top of my head
5) Torque arm bolts - not sure of the torque spec off the top of my head
6) Brakes - check the caliper bracket bolts and make sure the slider pins aren't binding
7) Spare tire and jack
8) Shock mounts
That's pretty much it!
