Screeeeeeeching Brakes!!!!!! Help!!!!! Recently bought a 99 WS6 from a private owner, and drove it today around town and to work, and the brakes would screech ever so loud sometimes. Sometimes it would be silent, but most braking it is screeching. What could it be? Do I need new pads? He said he changed the rotors. What are the best brake pads and the quitest? I dont want to spend hundreds either. Please help with any suggestions for what it could be and what I should buy. Thanks!!!
