Default Creaking suspension only part-time?

My front suspension (mainly driverside) will sometimes creak over every curvature of the road, but this only happens after I have used the A/C for awhile. After my initial start up, the car does NOT creak. After I begin to use the A/C for awhile (especially idling with A/C on) it will begin to creak. It started this about 2 months ago (I've had the car a year now) and I'm confused. Could it be that the condensation from the A/C dripping on the suspension creates a dry spot? I also did a search and the closest thing I found was in sway bars, but this sounds like a shock issue? I'm stumped. Any help will be appreciated.
