Default Rubbing noise from rear during slow turns

Whenever I'm making low speed turns in drive or reverse, I'll get a rubbing/vibration noise (kind of like a dog dying) from the right rear. I have put the car on jack stands but don't see any abnormal wear anywhere and I can't recreate the noise unless the car is moving. Any suggestions on what to look for specifically? I'm stumped here.

I have 275's with a 1.5" drop. I didn't see any wear marks but I can look closer.
