Did you reuse the PAB? And did you check the slider pins?

Is the noise coming from the rear or front?

I'm having a similar problem with my rear passenger side.

I can't really tell, i am gonna say front because its under light pressure braking more so then anything else. Under quick stopping or more applied pressure its fine

I have the same problem on my Durango with the drilled and slotted zinc plated. But I used Hawk's ceramic/metallic blend pads. I put the exact same setup on my TA and I don't have any problems. Things to try.... put disk quiet or some sort of anti-squealing compound on the back of all your brake shoes and make sure your slider pins a throughly greased. My first brake job on the TA caused squealing for about 15,000 miles and had no time to fix it.
