I have the same problem on my Durango with the drilled and slotted zinc plated. But I used Hawk's ceramic/metallic blend pads. I put the exact same setup on my TA and I don't have any problems. Things to try.... put disk quiet or some sort of anti-squealing compound on the back of all your brake shoes and make sure your slider pins a throughly greased. My first brake job on the TA caused squealing for about 15,000 miles and had no time to fix it.
