Installing abs delete block-do I need a proportioning valve?
I am about to install a Billingsley racing abs delete block I've had here, but after searching I found alot of people using proportioning valves with these. I understand the rears get more pressure with the valve, but I've been driving with my abs fuse pulled due to running 28" rear tires and 26" fronts, is it going to be any different? If i do need a valve, where do I install it? Pics would be great!

You definitely should use a proportioning valve when you delete the ABS. Without the ABS system you lose all brake proportioning, so the rears will get full line pressure and will lock up before the fronts under heavy braking. That can get a little scary. The valve is installed in-line with the rear brake hydraulic line to reduce the rear apply pressure. I've seen a bunch of pics here on LS1Tech of delete block/proportioning valve setups, so search around.
