C6 Z06 brakes

Default C6 Z06 brakes

Any body have any info on the C6 Z06 brakes they are a bolt on on C5's why shouldnt they work on f-body with the LG bracket??

i think they do, atleast the fronts do, but require an 18" wheel. i think there may be a problem with the parking brake for those going on f-bodies. i hope someone has more information because i want those brakes on my car.

How about putting c5 rotors and the Z06 rotors??Im a gm tech Ill look into the part #'s

The C5 uses larger bolts than the F-body. So, (assuming the C6 parts are a direct bolt on for C5 stuff) you'd want a C5 conversion that is designed for the C5 PAB and not the F-body version (the F-body version will have holes that are too small). Just something to consider. The LG kit is designed to fit the PAB's from the LS1 brakes (not saying it's a good or bad thing, just a difference to be aware of) and the C5/C6/C6 Z06 brakes will use larger bolt holes which will not be a direct swap onto that bracket.
