Default QA1's front and rear. What spring rates?

Well, I am finally going to be getting some QA1's R series up front, and and the normal 12 ways on the rear. I have been searching about the spring reates to run with them. Car is NOT daily driven. I was thinking about the 315lb springs up front since my car is low as it is and I can not afford the front end bouncing badly on the street for obvious reasons. I see some people do run the perch to use stock size springs. I would like to be able to keep the stance I have now and be able to change it when I throw on the track wheels.

Currently have the Eibach Pro kit on, will the rear height be the same with the Qa1's in the rear? Any suggestions for rear springs and rates? I would like something a little stiffer than the Eibachs on there now and keep an inch drop.
So what springs are you running and hows the ride?

I don't know about the QA1 rates or heights for the rear. The Pro-kit fronts are around 400lbs, for reference, when you're thinking about choosing the QA1 front rate.

I hadn't seen any QA1 rear springs, just the fronts.

I know there are no Qa1 rear springs. Just seeing what rear springs and rates people are using with the Qa1 shocks in the back. I want something a little firmer than that pro kit with a 1" drop. Thanks for the info fronts, John_D.

There are some rear Hal QA1's just like the fronts now. The kit is $550 for just the rears though. Go to the Spohn website and look under coilovers. Other places may have them but I know the Spohn website does.

EDIT.... Link is HERE!

Don't want the Qa1 rear coilovers.

I will probably run the QA1 -Rs in front and leave the back alone and see what I can do. Maybe later down the road I will mess with the rears. I am still debating whether or not to run the Hal springs or run a stock size and possible stiffer spring up front.
