Default What is really needed for 11's w/bolt ons?

I have been told with an A4 and huge stall, all I really should need is sfc's and sticky tires. Is this true? Will a torque arm, lcas and/or tubular k member help me at all?

The SFC will keep your chassis/body from twising out of shape due to launching the car. The LCA's will help prevent wheel hop for better traction off the line. A torque arm will help send power lost through the chassis back into the axle, and the k-members will reduce weight off the front end.
