Default Car Vibrating at higher speeds

Well guys i seem to be having a problem with my 99 SS..i just installed some new rims and tires..well they are actually used rims and tires..the tires have roughly 60% tread on them.. I got them balanced, but it seems like when im doing aroun 65-75mph, the car shakes very violently, i dunno if it needs an alignment or what, or if it could be a combo of that plus needing tires..If anyone has any help for me i would appreciate it..thanks.

I would say an alignment might be needed. Are the new wheels and tires the same dementions as the old ones?
