Default Has anyone ever done this?

Has anyone ever tried to mount 88-92 spindles on a 93-up camaro to take advantage of the cheaper drag racing brakes? Can it be done? why or why not?

3rd gens use a strut and has no upper A-arm.

4th gens use a shock and double a-arm.

but, with a plasma cutter and welder, anything is possible ...

I would think that after you spent the money to make the 3rd gen work, you could have just got the 4th gen brakes...

You may as well use Mustang parts, the designs are that "similar". There is not a good way to do it, and it surely won't be cheap. It's an entirely different front suspension, nothing is a direct swap between them (or even a semi direct swap, actually, they are nothing alike).
