those with spohn chassis mounted TA and a 9" come in..
Ok, for those of you with the spohn chassis mounted TA and a ford 9", what issues do you have with yours? Does the TA hit the floorboard? Did you notice more vibrations with the combo? Are you using the stock DS or an aftermarket? Im trying to narrow down what the cause of my vibrations are.

That's me! I had the same issues but have mostly cured them. You can find my story in this thread.
In a nutshell... Yes my TA hit the floorpan. My solution--just drive it. After a few big bumps, the rear will make room for itself. You can always remove everything and try to bang it out with a hammer if you wish. Regarding the vibration, I had several factors to deal with but pinion angle was probably the most important. I measured angles at the crank pully and the rear of the tranny (they were the same) and set the rear 0-1 degree down from those. You can see the rest in the thread.
