Thanks, i really appreciate the advice. hotchkiss was going to be my next choice. last question then ill stop beating this dead horse, can i use drag shocks, such as competition engineering 3 way adjustables with the hotchkiss springs?

I wouldn't. The rates are a bit higher than they want to see. Running hotchkis springs and drag shocks is like putting snow tires on a nice set of aftermarket wheels. You really won't see the benefit. I'd rather see you run a Bilstien HD with them (they are softer than the Koni's) than drag shocks. If you really want a drag car, buy drag springs, drag shocks and go. It won't handle well at all, but it will be fast. The cars that are running drag shocks with performance springs are having issues with the shocks (at least in some cases). It won't "explode", I'm just not sure you'll be happy with the results.
