You should pull your car (as-is) up to the steepest grade change on the driveway and have a buddy measure how much ground clearance you have with you in the car. Ideally, I would check with a couple of people in the car so that you dont have suprises later...figure out how much room you have to play with and then shop for springs with an appropriate amount of drop. Without knowing how much you want to/can lower the car, its hard to make a call on springs.
Once you know how much lower you can go, I would get feedback from the forum and call Sam Strano for additional guidance on which springs to run.

Right now my car is about 1.75" lower on all four corners and my skinnies are only about 25.5" tall in to front. Non of my stock ground effects have ever hit the ground. The air damn hits alot and I ripped off the Wings West front peice at the race track on decel, but I returned to the stocker peices and they have never hit anything.

I'm running Hypercoils. I think they lowered the car about 1.5" out of the box (picture in my sig is how they alone lowered it). I have an adjustable coilover set up in the front so I dropped the front alittle more and I remove the axle isolators in the rear to drop that alittle more.
I run QA1 shocks on all four corners. They are mainly a drag shock.

There are so many spring kits on the market today it can be hard to choose. There are a few threads floating around with reviews and pics of most springs. If your not doing much racing there really isn't a need for an adjustable shock, revalved Bilsteins would work well. I would contact Strano for the shocks.
