Default Best springs for bilstein HD

I believe my car has bilstein HD shocks and stock springs. It definentantally handles better than my Z, but I was wondering what springs should be used with the bilstein hds? Are the stock ones adequate?

HD's, stock springs. Not meant for anything else, and I don't really care that others do it all the time. Lots of folks do things I won't do.

SLP springs use SLP's valved shocks, which are NOT the same as a set of HD's.

How can i tell if the shocks are stock, revalved by slp, or revalved by you? All these are possible.
