Can someone send me a diagram of the front shock / spring setup? I'm trying to find what all is sandwiched in with the spring / shock. If anyone could either post it up or e-mail something like that to me I would appreciate it. Thanks a lot.

That's more along the lines of what I'm looking for; thanks. But I'm actually trying to find out the part that the front springs sit in. Not the metal plate that is obviously there, but I thought there was something else in there. Isn't there something?

On my WS6 factory shock assembly, there looks like a piece of plastic or something under the spring that sits on the cup with the spring on top of it. I got a used set of shocks and there was nothing but the bare spring cup, so I'm wondering if some cars have the plastic looking seat in the cup or not.

There is a black plastic piece that sits on the metal base and then the shock sits on that with it being rotated so that the final coil edge butts up against the edge on that black plastic piece.
