squeeky springs? Is it possible for the front springs to make squeeky noises when flexing up and down? It sounds like my right front is doing it, what can I do to fix it?

My rear spring, or the area it is in would make a annoying squeek mostly in the winter on cold days. I went to a car wash and pressure washed the wheel areas the clean the shocks and springs and sprayed some spray lubricant on the springs and general area and it went away. Been over a year now and all quiet..
