Default *Pics* Polished the brake calipers on my Firehawk.

Here they are before and after. I did these in a rush- 5 hours for all of them. Record time.


I painted the brackets black for now and I'll have them chromed later. ~Joshua

how do you do it? by hand or some kind of polishing wheel?

A corded drill and attachments for this job.

If you need advice do a search in the appearance section. I've literally written books and posted tons of pictures showing how-tos and supplies on the polishing topic. ~Joshua

FWIW you might rethink chroming the brackets, hydrogen embrittlement could cause them to break (that's why you don't chrome suspension parts, unless it's a non driven pure show car)
Hate to see a thread about your brake brackets cracking and leaving you with no brakes
Paint or powdercoat FTW
