couple of questions does anyone happen to know the inside diameter and height of the '02 camaro BMR springs? and i heard a ADJ. pahard rod will cure the off-set axle thing on lowered cars but wont cure geometry, allowing it to move side to side during suspension movement, without a relocation bracket? is this true?

Due to the "arc" that the PHB swings in during its travel, it will move the axle from side to side a bit as it moves up and down. You can try to level the PHB to minimize this, but you won't eliminate it completely. 99% of us just live with it and it works fine (even on track and autocross cars).
