A man by the name of Mark Montalvo, or "VprKlr" i think on CZ28.com had one ready to go in. Its been over a year since I have heard from him though.

There aren't any aftermarket kits, however, one can install a C4 IRS on a 3rd/4th gen. Rear suspensions of 3rd/4th are identical, and there are several 3rd gens that have done this mod. Here's a couple links I've seen/contributed to:
