Installing SFC's before and after lowering?

Does it matter if you install SFC's before or after you lower a car? I know you have to have the car completely flat and the suspension loaded to install them. Does lowering a car put stress on the chassis in different areas than stock? If so, it could be a good or bad thing getting the SFC's done first. What do you think?

It really doesn't matter which one you do first, if you don't plan on doing both close together I think I'd go with the SFC first.

Lowering the car front and rear won't cause a problem but you'll want to also install an adjustable panhard rod.

P.S. I should have also said you'll need LCA relocation brackets ( BMR bolt-on's are what I suggest ).

I have the BMR Relocation brackets. I'm gonna do an adjustable panhard rod and lower control arms soon as well as a strange 12-bolt. I hope it all bolts up ok.
