Very low brake line pressure

Very low brake line pressure So i had my speed shop install all new rotors and pads. on the drive home my brakes have little line pressure at all and if i want to stop i litteraly need to stomp down on the brake pedal. Whats going on here? the pads and rotors are all new. Could it be low brake fluid? any suggestions?
