Default I hate sounding dumb but...

do I need anything kind of "special" shocks if my car is lowered? Im not looking for advice on brands because I know there are plenty of threads on good and bad shocks just wondering if any kind of shock will work. Sorry for the noob question but this will be my first time swapping them out. Thanks in advance!

i dont believe you have to replace them, but if you have shitty de crappo's then its usually suggested for the best ride on the street...

Most aftermarket replacments are fine depending on what you want to do with the car. The adjustables are only a good choice if your gona take the time out to adjust them.
