Default rod ends vs poly bushings

my car is driven occasionally on nice days and to race what is a better choice rod ends or poly bushings.

Well, on my panhard bar and LCA's I have both. Poly end on the body. No excessive noise, car is driven in nice weather.

Poly/rod here.

If you want all-out control go rod/rod.
If you want comfort, stick with rubber (keep the stockers or get 1LE).
If you want a compromise, get poly/rod.
Don't get poly/poly for a car you want to handle properly and not overstress the mounts (too much bind). Should be ok for a drag car though.

I did not like the feel of poly/poly at all. I am much happier with rod end/rod end. It is louder, but the car feels good.

As it should! Rod ends for awesome handling, 1LE for comfort and very good handling. As VIP1 stated.
