adjusting parking brake
I have to pull my parking brake lever almost straight up to get it to work. Anyone else have this problem? Is there anyway to adjust it? I tried searching but came up with nothing helpful. Haynes manual doesn't have anything either.

A lot of people have this problem. I looked into the Haynes manual and it said to take it to a dealer for them to adjust it.
The more expensive Helms manual should tell you how to adjust it and I'm sure a couple of people on here could tell us how to do it.

Here's the thread.

FYI the teeth need to be turned the opposite direction of what the post says. I learned this after messing with mine for a while and realized the brake was only getting worse
