Use the OEM strut cover (bump stop) on front Koni SA?

Use the OEM strut cover (bump stop) on front Koni SA? Does the OEM plastic strut cover at the top of the strut fit over the Koni SA? I know that plastic boot has a small bump stop built into it. Bilstein mentioned to definitley put that back on when using their struts.
