Default Rear sway sits tight on 12 bolt...is that normal?

I just put in a moser 12 bolt with t/a cover. My sway bar sits tight right under the housing? Is this normal or do I need a bigger sway bar?

I've seen that happen, since the axle tubes are a little larger. A bigger swaybar would only make it worse, and a bigger rear bar would likely do more harm than good, unless you went with a bigger bar up front as well.

What you need is a kit with bigger stand-offs for the swaybar u-bolts. This will get the bar further away from the differential cover and get everything back where it should be. I know Thunder Racing sells the BMR kit, and I'm sure there are other sponsors who have similar kits as well.
