Default what should I do

what would be the best thing I can do, to reduce body roll on cornering.

Basically I want the car to stay level while taking corners and so I can have higher cornering speeds

would a Panhard Rod help me as much as shocks?

Also I think I need a new torque arm soom. the old one has a broken bushing and my car shifter moves when I accelerate ( doesnt move the same way it did , when I had a broken trans mount)

Panhard bar, shocks, torque arm have nothing to do with the amount of body roll you get. Springs do, and even more so it's the anti-roll bars (swaybars).

However, while these are important, I would have to suspect you are really after better shocks first, you just don't know it. Hard to explain here, but I'd be happy to tell you why on the phone, along with a lot of other things.

Also how much should I lower my car if Im going from 16" rims to 18".... 1"?

I dont want to go too low, because I scrape my Y pipe on small bumps and driveways.

The clearance your Pacesetters is OK at best. I wouldn't recommend lowering a Camaro at all because it significantly reduces the pleasure of your drive (you're always watching out for the slightest elevations in the road, and don't even go NEAR speed bumps).

For your other question, get yourself a nice ADJUSTABLE Strut Tower Brace, then go with Bilstein Shocks and some Eibach Springs. Your LCA's and PHR are for keeping the car straight and level when you floor the gas.

LOL at your sig

I always thought PHB was for cornering and reducing Chassis flex as did SFC.
