want to lower 1.3" with qtp LT??? I was looking at dropping my car about 1.3 inches but I was wondering if I will have clearance issues with the qtp headers or non-cat y-pipe?

Headers no, y-pipe... well that depends on the y-pipe. I cant speak for anything but qtp's dual cutout ORY and that was awful for clearance. I personally would get a custom y setup or tru dual setup.
