Default Ebay SFC's, LCA's and Adj PHR

I am in the market for Subframe connectors and want to see the poeple that has purchased them from ebay. Please give me some feedback on them, I am thinking of buying them from ebay since they have the best price.

Might also be doing LCA's and ADJ PHR but not yet but would like to know how the ones on ebay do. The subframe connectors are my priority right now and the LCA and ADJ PHR are for later. Thanks guys!

Hello,

All of our items are available on eBay and we are currently running a 10% off sale as well until the end of the year. Our eBay user name is umiperformance and we have a store on there as well.

If you have any questions please ask. Thank you!

Ebay isn't the seller, so that's pretty vague.

Who makes them?

I havent heard of them, but the nice thing about buying from a company like UMI is that if something breaks when its not supposed to it will get replaced very easily. This company on Ebay might be like that as well, but its something to think about. I'd spend the little extra money just for the peace of mind.

Actually the eBay ad's are already adjusted to the 10% off, for example the regular price on those is $139.99 and can be seen here- www.umiperformance.com/2000.aspx All our eBay ad's show the 10% off.

Hope that helps!

Then I'd have to live in my car because I'd spend all of my money on car parts....

Thanks Ryan, I'm going to gather up the parts I'm going to buy and see when I'm going to get them. I just hope installation doesn't cost that much!

The hotpart.com parts on Ebay are from J&M, and of course Ryan's is the great UMI's. Both are good parts, with my nod going to Ryan and UMI, but I have seen and installed the J&M parts and there is really only minor design and really no quality differences in my experience.

Hahaha thanks Jack, now when I pick these up I have no idea where to bring it. Do you know a local shop that will install these Jack?

Yep, matter of fact you should give Nick P a call, since he has a welder for the SFC's if you go that route (weld-ins). Barring that everything else is a straight forward bolt-in install.

I didn't want to make a new thread so I figure I would just ask here. Why the hell does my car feel like its going to fall apart when driving over bumps? A good example is driving over train tracks. It gets loud as hell and is embarressing when someone is riding in my car.

Now goes back to this thread, will Subframe Connectors eliminate this?

Sounds like a shock/Bushing problem.

Subframes assist in preventing body flex, etc.

Why? Because it is an F-Body.

Will SFC's eliminate it? Nope, our car has welded boxed SFC's, and quality suspension components and it sounds like it is going to fall apart every time I drive over LRV tracks or bumps.

Thanks Jack, I was really hoping you would see this thread man. So I guess all Fbodies do the same sh*t then. Wish there was a way to elimate it. But I'm going to be ordering my SFC soon though.

i feel the same way when I drive over bumps and ****, even moreso now that I have the SFC's on... but after having looked at the condition of the bushings for shocks and everything else (cracked rubber galore), I suppose I can see why... driving up and down a terrible road 3 or 4 times a day (same road) doesn't help
