Here is my quote from another thread:

* Adjustable LCAs allow you to adjust the rear axle forward/aft/diagonally.
* Adjustable PHB allows you to adjust the rear axle left/right.
* With both you can adjust the rear axle in all horizontal directions (left/right/forward/aft/diagonally) to center it under the car.
* Ajustable PHB isnt necessary for stock right hide, but is necessary when the ride height is changed (ex: lowering the car).

That being said....
I have stock right height, but I do have adjustable Spohn rod/poly PHB and LCAs. They allow for the adjustment of the rear axle in all horizontal directions (left, right, forward back, diagonally). My rear was a bit off with the stock parts and is all straight now with the adjustables (adjusted by the mechanic during an alignment...you have to ask for it and may need to convince them to do it).
A search will get you many more threads on this subject.

CaMaRo67RS355, you are the uncrowned king of starting new threads.

But IMO, if you're not lowered or anythings, get poly/poly non-adjustable. I've got the poly/poly non-adjust LCAs and PHB and they do real good. I guess for the extra coin, if you think at some point you will want the adjustability of suspension parts, then get the adjusties. Some good links in the post above BTW.

Your computer's performance has nothing to do with the search engine's performance.

The search feature freezes up or times out often for everyone during high demand. Its not just you.

That being said, It does still work and the mods have added the google option too. Although the google option is less targeted, its faster and can find obscure old threads. I typically try the normal search feature first. If that doesnt work, then I use the google search option. I used the "advanced search" to find the threads that I posted above.
