I ordered some rotors from this place back on 1/25/07 and i have sent a couple emails asking for a tracking number or shipping status and i called a couple times but got voicemail every time at different times...plus they closed their shop earlier than they say they are open...i dont think im gonna get my rotors for a long long minute...

anyone ever ordered from these people before?

I started to order from them last year but found they are too busy to help anyone. They never returned e-mail or phone calls. I went with someone else.
Customer Service is very critical IMO. I would rather pay more for good service.

yeah i feel the same way...if i dont hear from them in a couple of days im going to call my credit card comp. and cance payment and go through ws6store...they always get things out on a timely manner plus they answer emails within a business day...
