New linelock doesn't work
 

i just installed my slp line lock and it doesn't work. i have it hooked up just like the directions. when the power side is hooked up then both prongs have power.. even with switch off. switch is working just fine. you can't hear the selenoid turn on or off. shouldn't you be able to hear it or feel it. i already tried switching prongs and testing all grounds.. i called slp but just wanted to see if anybody else had any issues.

maybe a defective unit? ^^
