I only say this because my Strano springs won't allow free movement of the rubber perch mounts that you get when the springs aren't compressed.

Why do you run lowing springs on cars without the right shocks that can handle it. I waited till i got my konis to put on my springs because it will ride and handle like **** otherwise.

Aha. See that contraption between your rubber bumpstop and your chassis? That's a spacer. You don't need that there. Those didn't come stock on the car.
Another thing, you have the blunt end bumpstops rather than the normal progressive bumpstops that are in sort of the shape of a upside down triangle. That may lessen the blow you take if you swap them out with some normal z28 bumpstops.
This may help you out, but I'm 90 percent sure won't make your car ride like a caddy. This way you'd have probably 3 inches of supsension travel rather than 1.5 inches.
I bet the guy who has the car you like, removed his bumpstops.
