Default Stuck on Panhard Bar Install...

Got the nut off each end but I can't get the bolts out. I've tried backing them out by turning them with the wrench but they just spin in the bushing. I've tried banging them out with a 5 lb hammer with no luck either. I feel like such a dweeb.....

it is... but it helps if you've actually got one side completely undone first, seem to come off easier that way.

it is maybe possible that the phb is under load, like if you lift the car and let the axle hang. If you make sure there is no strain on the phb and the bolts that hold it in, that may solve your problem.

seems like it's always under some sort of load, either tension or compression.... tension when the axle is hanging down, compression when the axle is pushed up.... I'll give it a shot again maybe this coming weekend. I really don't want to get out a torch but I suppose I could get a little portable propane setup....

i don't think running away will solve anything.

Sorry I'm no help.
The bolts just came out of mine without any problem.
