Default brake squeal?

I just installed acdelco oem replacement pads on the front and they said at the dealer that I didn't have to put the stuff on the back because of the insulator that comes on them. Well they are squealing from time to time and I don't know about taking it apart and putting the stuff on the back. Any help?!!!

Drive it and let the pads seat properly.. If it is still squeaking coat the pad backing plate. Or just do it again with the stuff. OEM pads are usually quiet. I'm using PFC carbon metallic fronnts (AutoZone) and they are quieter than semi-metallics.

might be as simple as cleaning the rotors off with brake cleaner

you should have gone with Brembo Blanks and PBR pads. No squeal here.

My rotors were in great shape and could be turned. They had very little that had to come off of them so I didn't want to spend the money on that. The pads are oem and that is what I have always have good luck with. I have never had squeal out of oem. I will continue to drive it and see if it goes away. It only does it every once in a while. Not every stop.
