Default Loc-tite and nylon locking nuts?

Hey all, I will be installing LCAs and a torque arm on my car this week. I bought the stuff from the classifieds, so I didn't get the instructions or any of that. I was thinking I wanted to do a good job, so I ordered new hardware kits for each part from BMR. The hardware came with nylon locking nuts.
I was doing some reading around the site, and I saw alot of people used loc-tite to make sure none of the bolts come loose. I was wondering if it is a good idea to use loc-tite on the nylon nuts?
I still have the stock rear, so I don't think I will have problems with the T/A coming loose like the 12 bolt guys seem to. Was also wondering how often you guys check your bolts and such to make sure they are not coming loose?

You don't need loctite on nyloc nuts (nylon locking nuts).

It's a good idea to check things often. However, many street cars never get checked, or they get checked about once a year. Once a year is probably a minimum, or at each oil change. You're already under the car, check the bolts.
