Some Questions aobut suspension I just have a few questions about what certain parts really do.
LCA?
PHR?
SFC?
Torque Arm?
those are the main ones I can think of I dont know how they work any help would be appreciated.

one of the ways i used to figure out what each part does is go to some of the sponsors' websites (especially UMI, they have great installation pics) and check out the desriptions of the parts....they will generally tell you what each part does.
then once you know what each part does, just do a search on here to find information regarding which specific brand of parts you should go with
