If you are looking to put together a good set of sway bars for cheap and you don't care too much about adding weight here is what I did, but it will take a little more work.
ST Front 35mm Sway Bar (includes new endlinks and bushings) $126
21mm Rear Sway Bar from a ThirdGen (thirdgen.org or local junk yard) paid $25
New 21mm Endlinks and Bushings $25
Shipping for everything + Paint for old bar= $20
Use the remaining money to buy....
Bilstein revalves from Sam
Stock springs with lowering mods
Adjustable PHB
LCAs and relocation brackets

I don't understand the swaybar before shock/spring thing on these cars. Upgrade to a high quality shock (and optionally springs) first, and then go to swaybars. The shocks might just be enough for you.

I think all the cars should have the 35mm bars. Makes a big difference!

Anyone have experience with Bilstein shocks? I've heard a lot of good things from the drivers at work. (race car owners/ engineers/ machinists.)

Bilsteins do ok with stock springs. Any type of lowering spring has too high of a spring rate for Bilsteins to damp properly, though.
