Default SLP Bilstein/Bilstein HD

I'm getting ready to buy some Hotchkis springs for my SS and Dont know from these two Shocks, SLP Bilstein or Bilstein HD to get. Which one would be the one to go or should I stay with the factory shocks ?

Niether are perfect so get whatever is cheaper in that case. DO NOT stay with the factory shocks!!! AT LEAST do Bilstein HDs. I have HDs with the Hotchkis springs and it's a great setup for the street.

That said, if you can fork out a little more dough, you should opt for Strano's Bilstein Revalves. He can custom valve the shocks for your springs and intended use. Those are generally considered "great"

Also, if you are one of those lucky people for whom money is never a problem, go for the Koni SAs. Those are generally considered "the best".
